Yes, we are accepting band submissions and make sure to listen to every single submission and sincerely appreciate your desire to work with us. The best way would be to email us with links to your music here – info@tometal.com.
While it would seem right to get a reply to every submission that’s sent our way, the fact is that due to the sheer number of submissions we get, we’re simply not able to. You may send us a reminder if you wish and wait for up to 2-3 weeks for us to listen to your music properly. We will be sure to get back to you if it’s feasible for us to work with your band.
This is indeed the official US store. Orders will be shipped out from within the US.
And no, as it’s being shipped out from within the US, there won’t be any tariffs/import duties or taxes that you would otherwise have to bear when placing orders from stores outside of the US.
It usually takes a week or two because we have to depend on our fulfillment partners and there’s a lot of manual correspondence work.
Things get complicated when orders involve merch items which, as mentioned on their product pages, have to be sent specially to Lithuania from India, and only then they can get fulfilled. As you can imagine, this process which also involves customs clearance in Lithuania, is quite time-consuming.
It’s always better to place merch orders separately if you wish for faster shipping.
Yes, every single order that we send out anywhere in the world is at least registered and comes with tracking information without fail. There’s little to no chance of it getting lost in transit and even in the rarest case if something doesn’t get delivered for whatever reason, we’ll be more than happy to send out a replacement parcel at our own expense.
No! If your country is not part of the European Union, it’s best to order directly from our main store or Bandcamp store. You can find their links below –

If you’re from the US, then it’s better to order from our US Indiemerch store (https://transcendingobscurity.aisamerch.com) unless you’d want a wider range of products, in which case, it’s best to order from our main store/Bandcamp store simply because it’s much faster as we can ship out orders directly from our headquarters.
And shipping will prove to be just as much if not cheaper.
We make sure to reply within 24-48 hours upon receiving the email but sometimes it takes a little longer if we have to look into the details, check the inventory, or track what’s the current status. Nonetheless, we make sure to get back without fail. Please be patient if you don’t hear back from us immediately.
